Blik is a one-person studio run by Jan Štok in Prague, Czech Republic. Contact: stok@blik-studio.cz.

The pages here describe services, past work and indicative timelines. Nothing on the site is a binding offer or a fixed quote. Any price, scope or timeline only becomes binding once it is set out in a written proposal and accepted by both of us.

I keep the content accurate and current, but I make no guarantee that everything is complete or free of error, and I may change or remove any of it without notice.

The design, code, text and images on this site are mine or my clients’, and are protected by copyright. Client names, logos and screenshots appear with permission and remain the property of those clients. You may link to the site and quote short extracts with attribution; you may not copy the design or republish the content as your own.

Work I build for you is a separate matter: what you own, and when, is defined in our written agreement. My default is that you own the code and the accounts outright on final payment.

The site is provided as it is. To the extent Czech law allows, I am not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything published on it. Nothing here limits liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and the Czech courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

I may update these terms as the site changes. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date below tells you when it last changed.
