Privacy notice

Contact form. When you send the form, I receive the name, email address, what you need, message and approximate budget you enter. I use them only to reply to your enquiry and to scope a possible project. The message also records where your visit came from: the campaign in the link you arrived by, the site that sent you there and the first page you opened. That tells me which of my ads actually work. It is read from the address of the page, not stored on your device, and it is sent only together with your message.

Analytics. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or track you across other sites.

Browser storage. The site stores two small preferences in your browser: whether you switched on the lighter, low-motion version, and whether the intro animation has already played this session. They stay on your device, are never sent to me, and exist only to honour a choice you made. That is why this site has no cookie banner to click through.

Abuse prevention. When you submit the form, your IP address is held briefly in memory to rate-limit the endpoint. It is not stored, logged to a database, or used to identify you.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and keeping the site from being abused.

To run the service I rely on two processors: my email/hosting provider (to deliver the messages) and Vercel (hosting and analytics). I do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

I keep enquiry and lead details only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask me to delete them sooner at any time.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you, or to object to its use. Email stok@blik-studio.cz and I’ll handle it. You also have the right to complain to the Czech data-protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
