CustomSoftware
Internal tools shaped around how your team already works, not the other way round.
When a spreadsheet, an inbox, and three browser tabs have quietly become a core process, that’s where I come in. I build the internal tools and platforms a team runs on every day: dashboards, booking flows, quoting systems, the import/export plumbing between the things you already use. It’s for small teams who’ve outgrown the manual workaround but don’t want generic off-the-shelf software dictating how they work.
What I build
01 · 6 parts- 01
Built to your workflow
I start from how your team actually moves work through the day, not from a template. The tool fits your process, not the reverse.
- 02
Dashboards & internal flows
The booking flows, approval steps, status views, and quoting screens your people use daily, built so the obvious action is the easy one.
- 03
Next.js or Laravel + Postgres
A proven stack (Next.js or Laravel with Postgres or Supabase), chosen to fit your team, not to pad an invoice.
- 04
Imports, exports & integrations
Pulls from and pushes to the systems you already run (via APIs, file imports, or a direct database connection), with PDF and XLSX generation where you need it.
- 05
Tested and documented
Automated tests on the parts that matter, plus a written handover so the next person isn’t left guessing.
- 06
You own it outright
It ships to your repository and your hosting. The code is yours, with no lock-in to me.
How it works
02 · 4 stepsDiscovery
A call to map the real problem, the constraints, and what success looks like. No obligation.
Proposal
A clear scope, a fixed price, and a timeline. All in writing, within two working days.
Internal platforms: 6–12 weeks
Design & Build
You see working software early and often. Brand, interface, and engineering in one pair of hands.
Launch & Support
Handover, training, and a single person to call when something needs attention.
What you get
03 · OutcomesYou get one tool that replaces the spreadsheet-and-inbox workaround, owned outright and built to fit how your team works. A focused internal platform typically reaches a usable build in roughly six to twelve weeks, depending on scope.
